Cancellation Policy
At TheBeautyCo, we value your time and ours. To ensure the best experience for all clients, please review our cancellation policy below.
Appointment Changes & Cancellations
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a cancellation fee of [50%] of the scheduled service.
No-shows (missing your appointment without notice) will be charged 100% of the service total and may require a deposit to rebook future appointments.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service.
If you are more than 10–15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and a late fee or partial service charge may apply.
Deposits
Some appointments (especially for lash sets or advanced skincare treatments) may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
Deposits will be applied toward your total service cost and can be transferred once if you reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.
